ZBT at UCF provides young men of good character with the opportunity and environment to become capable and successful gentlemen in today’s society.

Being the newest member in IFC, ZBT Fraternity aspires to become “A Powerhouse of Excellence” at UCF. In order to achieve such status the brothers of ZBT pride ourselves by focusing on the values of:

The gentlemen of ZBT believe a two-tier membership system that includes pledging and hazing does not represent fraternity ideals. Because of this ZBT eliminated pledging and replaced it with a brotherhood development model which focuses on all brothers at all times during their membership.
